Sean Sullivan Discusses 2026 Season and Arizona Fall League Goals

Colorado Rockies pitcher Sean Sullivan reflected on an up-and-down 2026 campaign that included his June 12 MLB debut, a demotion, and an elbow posterior impingement that sidelined him from August 3 to September 16. In five major league starts, he went 0-3 with an 8.87 ERA. Now playing for the Salt River Rafters in the Arizona Fall League, Sullivan is focusing on physical strength, adding a traditional gyro slider to his arsenal, and refining his mechanics with coaches.
