Andy Dalton Declines Return to Philadelphia Eagles

Veteran quarterback Andy Dalton politely declined an offer to return to the Philadelphia Eagles after being cut nine days prior. With starter Jalen Hurts on injured reserve due to a blood clot, the Eagles sought out Dalton, but he elected to sign with a new team instead.
