Ladd McConkey Ruled Out With Concussion vs. Chiefs

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey was ruled out with a concussion during the first half of Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs after his head slammed hard into the turf on a 17-yard reception. McConkey, who was returning from a foot injury that kept him out in Week 5, finished with one catch. He enters the concussion protocol heading into the Chargers' Week 7 bye, where he will attempt to gain clearance for Week 8.
