Nolan Smith Ruled Out With Concussion Against Panthers

Philadelphia Eagles outside linebacker Nolan Smith was ruled out with a concussion during Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers after taking a heavy hit on a chip block by Chuba Hubbard. Before leaving for the locker room without his helmet, Smith registered three total tackles and an opening-drive sack. His departure leaves an already depleted Eagles edge rusher corps facing significant depth concerns moving forward.
