Brooks Raley Experiences Postseason Regression After Trade to Phillies
Brooks Raley posted a 2.45 ERA over 41.1 innings as an effective setup man for the Mets, relying on weak contact. After being shipped to Philadelphia, regression hit hard with a 7.94 ERA over 11.1 innings. He contributed to a late-season collapse and was ultimately left off the postseason Wild Card roster.
