Bruce Brown Waived by New York Knicks After Preseason Stint

The New York Knicks waived veteran guard Bruce Brown on Saturday after failing to find a trade partner to clear salary cap space under the second apron. Brown recorded 11 points, five rebounds, and three assists across 38 preseason minutes over three games. The roster move opens up the final standard roster spot for James Wiseman ahead of the regular season opener.
