Ariel Hukporti Sidelined for 76ers Following Torn Achilles Injury

Philadelphia 76ers center Ariel Hukporti suffered a torn Achilles early in the preseason, leaving the team depleted in the frontcourt. Hukporti's injury, along with physical setbacks to Dominick Barlow and Adem Bona, prompted Philadelphia to fill its final two-way roster spot by converting 7-foot-6 center Tacko Fall ahead of the season opener.
