Roman Wilson Placed on Injured Reserve with Finger Injury

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson was placed on injured reserve after suffering a finger injury during Week 5 against the Indianapolis Colts. The roster move forces Wilson to miss at least four games, making Week 11 against the Philadelphia Eagles his earliest potential return date following a Week 9 bye. Through five games, Wilson recorded 14 receptions for 188 yards and two touchdowns before becoming the second key Steelers receiver lost to injury in consecutive weeks.
