Aaron Gordon Expected to Play in Denver Nuggets' Season Opener Against Thunder

Aaron Gordon is expected to return to the Denver Nuggets' starting lineup for Thursday's regular-season opener against the Oklahoma City Thunder after sitting out Friday's preseason finale for rest. The veteran forward is looking to bounce back from an injury-plagued 2025-26 campaign where he was limited to 36 regular-season games, averaging 16.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in 27.9 minutes per contest.
