Tacko Fall Signs Two-Way Deal With 76ers Amid Frontcourt Injuries

The Philadelphia 76ers converted 7-foot-6 center Tacko Fall from an Exhibit 10 contract to their final two-way roster spot to reinforce a depleted frontcourt. Fall missed the entire preseason due to a left hip injury. With Ariel Hukporti suffering a torn Achilles and Dominick Barlow sidelined by a back injury, Fall joins Caleb Love and Rayan Rupert on two-way deals ahead of Tuesday's opener against the Knicks.
