David Bailey Deletes Instagram to Focus on Jets Playbook and Recovery

New York Jets rookie edge rusher David Bailey deleted his Instagram account to eliminate distractions like reels, allowing him to dedicate more time to his body, playbook, and football. The No. 2 overall pick's focus paid off after a breakout three-sack performance earned him AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors. Bailey remains grounded, crediting his defensive line teammates' execution for the success while maintaining his strict social media break moving forward.
