The Philadelphia Eagles have placed running back Will Shipley on injured reserve due to a partial tear of his plantar fascia. Shipley will miss at least the next four games, joining Tank Bigsby on IR. Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele are the only healthy RBs on the active roster.
