Carson Lambos Recalled by Minnesota Wild From AHL

The Minnesota Wild have recalled top prospect defenseman Carson Lambos from the AHL's Iowa Wild. The move comes as the team faces mounting injury woes on the blue line, with Jared Spurgeon and Olli Maatta set to miss Thursday's game. Lambos, 23, has recorded one goal and two points in four AHL games this season. He will likely serve as the seventh defenseman until an injured player is ready to return, having previously played just one career NHL game before losing a roster battle.
