Alec Ingold Placed on Injured Reserve by Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers placed fullback Alec Ingold on injured reserve Thursday afternoon. Ingold struggled through five games with missed assignments after following head coach Mike McDaniel from Miami. With Scott Matlock returning from IR last week and making an immediate blocking impact, the Chargers moved Ingold to IR, shifting primary fullback duties to Matlock moving forward.
