Demotion Looming For Struggling Rickard Rakell

Pittsburgh Penguins forward Rickard Rakell is off to a troubling slow start, registering just two assists through the first seven games of the season. Following a 5-3 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks where his performance faltered offensively and defensively, analysts suggest moving him down the lineup. Rakell currently averages nearly 20 minutes a night, but a demotion could help him rebound as the Penguins look to balance their forward combinations.
