Patrick Reilly Recovers from Tommy John to Pitch in Fall League

Baltimore Orioles pitching prospect Patrick Reilly returned from April 2025 Tommy John surgery to throw 39.2 innings with a 3.63 ERA and 55 strikeouts across eight Double-A starts in 2026. Acquired from Pittsburgh in 2024, the former fifth-round pick features a high-octane fastball touching 98 mph. Currently pitching for Peoria in the Arizona Fall League, Reilly faces Rule 5 eligibility this winter as he projects as a potential starter or leverage reliever.
