DeMar DeRozan Set to Rest During Preseason Game Against Clippers

Denver Nuggets forward DeMar DeRozan will sit out Wednesday's preseason matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers for rest. While the rest of Denver's starters are expected to suit up, the team will be without its top bench option. DeRozan has experienced a quiet preseason, averaging 4.7 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists across 10.2 minutes per contest, though he is expected to see a significant uptick in production once the regular season tips off.
