Raiders Open Tight End Carter Runyon's 21-Day Practice Window

The Raiders designated tight end Carter Runyon to return from injured reserve on Wednesday, opening his 21-day practice window. Runyon went on injured reserve on August 30 with an undisclosed injury after missing the preseason and became eligible to return last week. Last season, he played 13 games with 45 offensive snaps, 206 special teams snaps, two tackles, and one catch for 3 yards.
