Geno Smith Highlights Illegal Helmet-to-Helmet Hit by Jared Verse

New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith took to social media to highlight a helmet-to-helmet hit he absorbed from Cleveland Browns defensive end Jared Verse during Sunday's contest. Verse lowered his helmet directly into Smith's face mask without drawing a penalty during live play, prompting coach Aaron Glenn to yell at officials. Smith tagged the NFL in an online post featuring a photo of the collision, with league discipline expected to follow.
