Bronny James Struggles Through Preseason Amid Coach JJ Redick's Defense

Los Angeles Lakers guard Bronny James has struggled during the preseason, averaging just 2.8 points on 26.7% shooting with 12 turnovers compared to 11 points over four games. Coach JJ Redick noted James lacks rhythm and has been handicapped by playing alongside two-way and newly formed lineups, but remains unconcerned. Entering his third season, James is working to earn a reliable bench role, improve his shooting, and prove he can be a consistent difference-maker.
