Braelon Allen Expected to Handle Lead Backfield Role vs. Patriots

With New York Jets running back Breece Hall ruled out of Wednesday practice and trending toward missing another game due to a quad injury, Braelon Allen is positioned to handle a volume-based lead role out of the backfield. Allen will serve as the primary weapon for the Jets' rushing attack as they prepare to face the division-rival New England Patriots on Sunday.
