Matias Maccelli Nets First Goal In Islanders Win

Matias Maccelli scored his first goal for the New York Islanders and added an assist in a 3-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday. Signed as a free agent after playing for Toronto last season, Maccelli used a stutter-step move to create space and beat goaltender Leevi Merilainen in the first period, later assisting on Kyle Palmieri's game-winner.
