New England Patriots Release Outside Linebacker Jose Ramirez

The New England Patriots released outside linebacker Jose Ramirez to clear room on their 17-man group. Ramirez, 27, had re-signed to the practice squad last week before being briefly promoted to the 53-man roster, recording one solo tackle across 30 total snaps in two games. The 2023 sixth-round pick previously spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
