Drew Rasmussen Delivers Quality Start in ALCS Game 1 for Rays

Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Drew Rasmussen delivered a quality start in ALCS Game 1 against the Guardians, allowing two runs on eight hits with seven strikeouts and no walks over six innings, though he didn't factor in the decision. He battled through a tough Cleveland offense, departing after surrendering a leadoff homer to Patrick Bailey in the seventh that tied the game 2-2. Through his first two playoff starts, Rasmussen holds a 1.29 ERA and a 17:2 K:BB across 14 innings, and is tentatively lined up to start Game 5.
