Tyquan Thornton Sidelined 12-16 Weeks With Dislocated Ankle
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyquan Thornton was placed on injured reserve due to a severe ankle dislocation suffered in Week 4, halting a breakout season where he led the team in receiving yards (219) and touchdowns (2). He will undergo surgery and is expected to miss 3 to 4 months. The Chiefs signed linebacker Cam Jones off the practice squad and added Justin Watson in corresponding moves.
