Ty Mueller Dominates AHL, Pushes For Extended NHL Look

Ty Mueller is making noise in the AHL with four goals and an assist through four games, leading the Abbotsford Canucks in points. Having played eight career games for Vancouver, his early production and strong familiarity with Manny Malhotra spark questions about an extended NHL look. In a contract year during Vancouver's rebuild, Mueller shows strong faceoff skills and offensive upside, totaling 14 shots. The organization must decide if he fits their long-term NHL future.
